Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a Shift Leader (Full-time) in Bellmead, TX. You will guide daily shift operations, lead a team, train staff, and ensure excellent customer service while promoting wash packages and memberships.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varied weather and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.

What You’ll Do (Fast-Paced & Active Role)

What We’re Looking For

• 18+ years old
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Available evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
• Must pass a background check
