Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash in Houston, TX is seeking a Shift Leader (Full-time) to drive every shift with energy and accountability. You will oversee daily operations, support a busy team, and ensure top-quality customer service across all wash packages.

Paid training is provided, and the role offers biweekly tips plus performance bonuses and clear opportunities for promotion into management as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous leadership, retail, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.

What We’re Looking For
