WhiteWater Express is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily shift operations and support a fast-paced team. You will oversee staff, assist customers with wash packages, and ensure smooth operation while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

The role rewards leadership growth with training, bonuses, and opportunities to advance. Flexible shifts are available and prior leadership or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.

What We’re Looking For

• 18+ years old
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Available evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
• Must pass a background check
