Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily shift operations at our Texas location, lead a small team, and ensure exceptional customer service. This role emphasizes active leadership, safety, and a hands-on approach in a fast-paced car wash environment.

You will manage team tasks, train staff, handle customer concerns, and support opening/closing procedures while maintaining cleanliness and wash quality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active.
• Available evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.
