Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Shift Leader (Full-time) to drive daily shift operations and lead a motivated team. You’ll support customers, promote wash packages, and ensure smooth service throughout the shift.

Starting pay ranges from $17–$19/hour with biweekly tips, plus paid training and growth opportunities within a fast-growing company. Outdoor work, flexible evenings, and a teamwork-driven environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shift.
• Evenings and weekends availability.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and supervise the team.
• Ensure team members complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and documentation.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Support opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness and wash quality.

What You’ll Do (Fast-Paced & Active Role)

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
• Support store opening and closing procedures

This is not a desk job. You’ll be on your feet, leading the team, supporting customers, and helping the operation run smoothly throughout the shift.

What We’re Looking For

• 18+ years old
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
