Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a proactive Shift Leader to supervise daily operations, motivate the team, and ensure top-notch guest service on each shift. Starting pay is $15–$17 per hour plus biweekly tips, with paid training, room for advancement, and a supportive, team-focused environment as you grow into leadership.

You'll stay active, work outdoors, and help guests choose wash packages while maintaining safety and cleanliness across the lot.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
