Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Shift Leader (Full-time) to lead daily operations, guide a team, and deliver excellent customer service. You’ll supervise shift activities, promote safety, and help customers choose wash packages while maintaining wash quality.

Ideal candidates have leadership or customer service experience, are comfortable outdoors, and can work evenings/weekends. Paid training, benefits, and growth opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
• Evenings and weekends availability.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.
