Job summary

OKD Management dba Dunkin' & Baskin Robbins in Oklahoma City is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise operations on a shift-by-shift basis and assist the management team with coaching and staff support. We offer flexible schedules (full-time and part-time), best-in-class training with ongoing learning, advancement opportunities, and a 401(k) plan after 6 months.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak and read English fluently.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Restaurant/retail or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to follow food handling procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Support and coach team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively.
• Assist management in daily operations and staff development.

WINNIN'

• You are able to fluently speak/read english
