Job summary

OKD Management dba Dunkin’ & Baskin Robbins is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise daily operations on a shift basis and support the management team in coaching team members for effectiveness. This role helps ensure consistent performance and promotes a positive customer experience.

The position requires 18+ years, preferred restaurant/retail or supervisory experience, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods. Flexible full- and part-time schedules are available.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaking and reading.
• 18 years or older as required by law.
• Restaurant/retail or supervisory experience preferred.
• Willingness to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Assist management with team member coaching and support.
• Ensure tasks are performed effectively to run the shift smoothly.

WINNIN'

• You are able to fluently speak/read english
• You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred
• Passion for results by building teams
• Ability to follow all food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds at a timemust be able to stand for long periods, bend, lift, and reach over your head
