Job summary

Burger King in Lavale, MD is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise the restaurant during assigned shifts, driving sales, guest experience, and operational excellence.

Now Hiring: Shift LeaderLocation: Lavale, MDPosition OverviewThe Shift Leader is the shift leader of the restaurant, focused on delivering sales and profit results through profitability, guest experience, people development, and operations. The Shift Leader supports the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and Assistant Manager (AM) in managing operations during assigned shifts, driving key performance outcomes related to sales, profitability, guest service, and people.
