Job summary

Burger King in Whitehall, PA is hiring a Shift Leader to drive profitability and guest satisfaction on assigned shifts. You will support the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, coach Team Members, and ensure smooth operations across stations to meet fast-service goals.

The Shift Leader supports the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and Assistant Manager (AM) in managing operations during assigned shifts, driving key performance outcomes related to sales, profitability, guest service, and people.
