• Coaches and provides feedback to Team Members to improve performance.
• Directs shift plan execution and ensures efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery.
• Reviews restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement; upholds operational/brand standards.
• Performs the duties of a Team Member when necessary.
