Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is hiring a Shift Leader in Warren, MI. The role focuses on profitability, guest experience, people development, and daily operations. You will support the RGM/AM, manage a shift of Team Members, and drive performance across guest service, speed, and quality.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of quick-service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and is available for evenings, weekends, and holidays. You may also perform Team Member duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required; two (2) years of college preferred.
• One (1) to two (2) years of previous quick-service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed for the proper functioning of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and direct Team Members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, fast, and friendly service in clean surroundings.
• Coach and provide feedback to Team Members to increase restaurant performance.
• Direct shift operations and ensure efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products within speed‑of‑service guidelines.
• Motivate Team Members during shifts at each workstation and review restaurant results for improvements.
• Uphold operational and brand standards and perform the duties of a Team Member when necessary.

The Shift Leader supports the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and Assistant Manager (AM) in managing operations during assigned shifts, driving key performance outcomes related to sales, profitability, guest service, and people.
