Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint in Avondale, PA is seeking a Shift Leader responsible for delivering sales and profit results through profitability, guest experience, people development, and operations.

The Shift Leader supports the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager in managing operations during shifts, guiding Team Members to meet speed-of-service targets and quality standards. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required; two years of college preferred.
• One (1) to two (2) years of previous quick-service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed for the proper functioning of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Motivates and directs Team Members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, fast, and friendly service in clean surroundings.
• Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within established speed-of-service guidelines.
• Sets an example for Team Members by working hard to implement the shift plan and drive operational results.
• Performs the duties of a Team Member when necessary.
• Reviews restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Ensures that the restaurant upholds all operational and brand standards.
