Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is hiring a Shift Leader in Walker, LA. The role focuses on leading a shift to optimize sales and profitability while delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will oversee Team Members, ensure brand standards, and support the RGM and AM in daily operations.

The position requires 1–2 years of quick-service experience, 18+ years old, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. You may fill in as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required; two years of college preferred.
• One to two years of previous quick-service restaurant experience.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed for the proper functioning of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Follows cash control and security procedures to protect assets and ensure accuracy.
• Motivates and directs Team Members to deliver fast, friendly service and guest satisfaction.
• Directs and coordinates shift operations to meet plan and drive profitability.
• Oversees timely and accurate preparation and sale of products within speed-of-service guidelines.
• Reviews restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Performs the duties of a Team Member when necessary.

Now Hiring: Shift LeaderLocation: Walker, LAPosition OverviewThe Shift Leader is the shift leader of the restaurant, focused on delivering sales and profit results through profitability, guest experience, people development, and operations. The Shift Leader supports the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and Assistant Manager (AM) in managing operations during assigned shifts, driving key performance outcomes related to sales, profitability, guest service, and people.
