Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Shift Leader in Hammond, LA to oversee shift operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The role focuses on profitability, people development, and efficient restaurant operations, supporting the RGM and AM on shift coverage.

You will lead a team through peak hours, uphold brand standards, and step in for Team Members when needed. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in quick-service, a strong guest-service mindset, and flexibility

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required; two years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick-service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operations during assigned shifts, driving profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Direct and coach Team Members to ensure accurate and speedy order preparation and service.
• Monitor speed-of-service and ensure adherence to brand standards.
• Review restaurant performance and identify improvements.
• Perform Team Member duties when necessary and maintain cash control and security procedures.
• Oversee inventory and receive truck orders to maintain stock levels.

Now Hiring: Shift LeaderLocation: Hammond, LAPosition OverviewThe Shift Leader is the shift leader of the restaurant, focused on delivering sales and profit results through profitability, guest experience, people development, and operations. The Shift Leader supports the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and Assistant Manager (AM) in managing operations during assigned shifts, driving key performance outcomes related to sales, profitability, guest service, and people.
