Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint in Diamondhead, MS is hiring a Shift Leader to guide daily operations, deliver guest service excellence, and drive profitability on a fast-paced QSR floor.

You will support the Restaurant General Manager, coach Team Members, and ensure brand standards while managing shifts, inventory, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; two (2) years of college preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed for the proper functioning of the restaurant.

Now Hiring: Shift LeaderLocation: Diamondhead, MSPosition OverviewThe Shift Leader is the shift leader of the restaurant, focused on delivering sales and profit results through profitability, guest experience, people development, and operations. The Shift Leader supports the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and Assistant Manager (AM) in managing operations during assigned shifts, driving key performance outcomes related to sales, profitability, guest service, and people.
