About the Role

As a Shift Leader at our USF store located at 5114 East Fowler Avenue, Tampa FL 33617, you are the captain of our bakery during your shift! You understand what it takes to “Own the Night” by predicting business flow during a successful shift. Your hands-on leadership should include building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and customer interaction. Taking pride in your leadership as an Insomniac contributes to a productive and enjoyable night for the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and quality products
• Support store operations, communicate effectively, monitor efficiency, and train team members
• Delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning; lead the cookie crew
• Ensure a safe, clean environment adhering to food safety standards
• Manage cash handling and deposits

Desired Skills & Experience

• At least 1 year in a customer service role
• Experience with Point of Sale systems
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Outgoing, friendly, patient
