We are looking for a passionate and motivated Shift Leader to join our team at Einstein Bros Bagels. Our stores are known for fresh, delicious bagels and a focus on work-life balance, closing at 2pm daily.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Providing feedback and coaching to team members.
• Opening and closing the store with minimal supervision.
• Ensuring food quality and maintaining a safe, clean environment.
