Job summary

Smalls Sliders is seeking an energetic Shift Leader to oversee daily operations on designated shifts and supervise staff while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will create shift schedules, handle no-shows, delegate tasks, and report issues to management, ensuring smooth workflows and compliance with policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervising employees, assigning duties, and creating a shift schedule.
• Monitoring team performance and ensuring duties are performed efficiently.

• Coaching team members and training new staff.
• Opening and closing registers, accounting for daily intake, and preparing cash deposits.
