Job summary

Workstream in Florida is seeking a motivated shift leader to oversee daily operations during designated shifts, supervise staff, and ensure top-tier customer service.

You will create shift schedules, handle no-shows and cash deposits, coach team members, and report issues to management to keep workflows smooth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience as Shift Leader or in a similar retail role.
• Experience creating shift schedules.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Confident problem-solver and team player.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees, assign duties, and create shift schedules.
• Monitor team performance and ensure duties are performed efficiently.
