Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a Shift Leader in a fast-paced restaurant setting to oversee daily operations and report to the General Manager. You will ensure food quality, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness while guiding a team through busy service periods.

The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service, strong leadership, and the ability to prioritize tasks, delegate work, and solve problems. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent recommended.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service is recommended.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead Shift Operations: be a hands-on manager, complete daily checklists, handle cash, and manage guest interactions.
• Drive Performance: ensure standard operating procedures are followed and maintain urgency to increase speed of service; monitor daily labor, sales, and food costs.
• Support Team Development: train and coach team members, provide feedback, and support accountability processes.
