Job summary

Wingstop – Vibe Restaurants seeks a Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations in Wichita Falls. You will be a hands-on manager, completing daily checklists, handling cash, and guiding guest interactions to uphold high standards of food quality, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness.

You will drive performance by following SOPs and maintaining urgency for faster service, while monitoring labor, sales, and food costs. You’ll train teammates, provide feedback, and drive accountability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent recommended.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience in food service recommended.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
