Job summary

Wingstop in Papillion, Nebraska is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations under the General Manager. You will lead a small team, ensure food quality, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness, and complete daily checklists.

You will drive performance by enforcing SOPs, managing labor, sales, and food costs, and handling guest interactions. You will train and coach team members, provide feedback, and support accountability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent recommended.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience in food service recommended.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate work, and solve problems.

Responsibilities
