Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily operations at our Summerville location. You will be a hands-on manager, completing opening/closing checklists, guiding team, and ensuring quality, speed, accuracy and cleanliness.

The role emphasizes training and coaching crew, managing guest interactions, and upholding SOPs while controlling labor, food costs, and schedules. You should be 18+, with supervisory experience and proficiency in Word/Excel.
