Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations in South Carolina. You will be hands-on, completing checklists, handling cash, and guiding guest interactions to uphold Wingstop's standards for quality, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness.

You will drive performance by ensuring SOPs are followed, managing labor, sales, and food costs, and coaching team members. This role requires leadership, organization, and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent recommended.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service recommended.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills; ability to prioritize, delegate, and solve problems.
