Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is recommended.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Lead Shift Operations by completing daily checklists, handling cash, and managing guest interactions.
• Drive Performance by ensuring SOPs are followed and increasing speed of service, while monitoring labor, sales and food costs.
