Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations. You will report to the General Manager and lead a team to uphold food quality, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness in a fast-paced setting.

This role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service, strong leadership, and the ability to train and coach staff. You should be comfortable with cash handling and working evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent recommended.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service recommended.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate work, and solve problems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
