Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Shift Leader who embodies our core values, serves guests with warmth, and coaches team members in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant. You will support senior leadership in daily operations and help ensure we deliver our Recipe for Service.

As a Shift Leader you will open/close, lead shifts, count drawers, and communicate clearly with the team. If you thrive on teamwork and a friendly, professional atmosphere, this role offers growth.

• Be a friendly, encouraging team player that allows others to succeed.

A Shift Leader is one who consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces the Chick-fil-A culture and has a servant’s heart. Our Shift Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and holding Team Members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Shift Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing Team Members. Shift Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

• Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.
