Chick-fil-A in Butte, MT is seeking a Shift Leader who embodies our values and serves guests with a servant-hearted approach. You will support senior leadership in daily operations, coach team members, and help ensure excellent guest experiences.

• Open and/or close, lead shifts, and act as a key holder.
• Count drawers and finalize daily sales.

Our Shift Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Shift Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team member to ensure a positive guest experience. Shift Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Team Leader Responsibilities:

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
