We have an opening for a Shift Leader position. The work schedule for this position will rotate to include a combination of opening, mid-shift, and closing. Overview

Shift Leaders at Chick-fil-A Polaris are responsible for day to day task management of restaurant systems, engaging and solving customer concerns and issues, and the supervision of team member shifts and duties. A shift leader is also responsible for implementing and abiding by the Chick-fil-A culture, goals and brand vision.

Shift Leader Responsibilities
