Insomnia Cookies is one of the fastest growing late-night, sweet indulgence companies in the country, opening a new store in Omaha, NE in 2024!

As a Shift Leader at our Omaha store located at 1101 Davenport Street, Suite 120, Omaha, NE 68102, you will lead our bakery operations during your shift. Your role involves building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and customer interaction. Your leadership helps ensure a productive and fun environment for the team and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and quality products
• Support store operations, communicate effectively, monitor efficiency, and train team members
• Delegate tasks such as baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to food safety standards
• Handle cash and deposits

Required Skills & Experience:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Experience with Point of Sale systems
• Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
