Position: Full-Time Shift Leader

We are seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to coordinate daily restaurant operations, lead and motivate staff, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing shifts, coaching employees, maintaining product quality, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate daily restaurant operations.
2. Understand and deliver on the Customer Journey.
3. Deliver superior service & maximize customer satisfaction.
4. Respond swiftly & accurately to customer concerns.
5. Review product quality regularly.
6. Organize and supervise shifts (experience with 7 Shifts system preferred).
7. Train and coach employees and peers.
8. Ensure consistent brand representation.
9. Conduct performance reviews.
10. Balance cash registers.
11. Ensure team compliance with regulations and policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of hospitality leadership experience.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and coach teams.
• Knowledge of food service; ability to answer customer questions.
• SERV Safe Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Maintain Food Safety and Quality Line Checks with integrity.
• Ability to interpret operational data and implement improvements.
• Open availability.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly.
• Prolonged standing and walking.
• Ability to lift, stoop, bend, or twist repeatedly.
• Handle objects, tools, or controls with hands.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
