What's a day in the life of a Shift Leader?

Our Shift Leaders work closely with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They set the morale and tone, provide feedback, coach team members, and open and close the store with minimal supervision. They ensure food and beverage quality and maintain a safe, clean environment. This role offers opportunities for career growth, with many General Managers starting as Shift Leaders or Team Members. What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 or older
• Availability for varied hours, including early mornings (as early as 3am) and weekends
• Ability to pass background checks
• ServSafe Certification (must be obtained before completing leadership training)
• Valid driver’s license preferred but only required at specific locations, and meeting driving qualifications
