Dunkin’ & Baskin Robbins at OKD Management in Edmond, OK is hiring Team Members to prepare food and beverages with a focus on guest satisfaction and speed. You should bring a willingness to learn, work well with others, and a friendly attitude.

This role offers flexible FT/PT schedules, on-site work, and a pathway to training and advancement in a fast-paced coffee shop environment. No prior experience required; all backgrounds welcome; we provide best-in-class training and advancement

Qualifications

• Fluently speak/read English as part of guest interactions.
• Able to operate restaurant equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Must be at least 16 years old (or older per law).
• Follow all safe food handling and sanitation practices.
• Lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Strong time-management and guest-service skills.

Responsibilities

• As a Team Member, prepare food and beverages and assist guests.
• Support store operations and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Provide friendly, fast service to keep guests coming back.

WINNIN’

• You are able to fluently speak/read english
