Job summary

Dunkin’ in Ohio is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis and support the management team in coaching and developing team members. You’ll ensure tasks are completed efficiently, deliver friendly guest service, and uphold quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Prior management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality is preferred, and applicants must be 18 or older.

Qualifications

• Preferably, you have previous management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality.
• You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
• You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
