Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel: they add flavor and help hold everything together!

What's a day in the life of a Shift Leader?

Our Shift Leaders work directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They set the morale and tone of the team, provide feedback, and coach team members. They open and close the store with minimal supervision. Ensuring food quality and maintaining a safe, clean environment are key responsibilities. As a Shift Leader, you'll have opportunities to grow your career, with many General Managers starting as Shift Leaders or Team Members. If you love making mornings special for people, we'd love to hear from you.

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to work varied hours, including early mornings and weekends
• Ability to pass background check
• ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain it before leadership training completion
• Valid driver's license preferred but only required at specific locations
