Job summary

Zaxby's is seeking a Shift Lead to help run a shift, coach team members, and ensure fast, friendly service. You’ll supervise operations, handle guest concerns, and model the values of our brand.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills, with the ability to multitask in a busy restaurant environment. Restaurant experience is preferred, and you’ll thrive in a team-focused setting.
