Job summary

Zaxby's is seeking energetic Shift Leads in Lebanon, TN to help run shifts, coach Team Members, and ensure fast, friendly service. You’ll coach staff, maintain quality and safety standards, handle cash and opening/closing duties, and foster a positive team culture.
