• Coaching staff on customer service excellence
• Producing high-quality food
• Delivering the Jersey Mike's experience
• Cash handling
• Following training programs
• Developing team members for growth
• Enforcing policies and procedures
• Participating in marketing initiatives
• Building sales
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation
• Being certified in all restaurant positions
• Effective communication
• Showing urgency in tasks

Expectations for a Shift Leader

• Move or transport up to 50 lbs as needed
• Work 38-40 hours weekly
• Reliable transportation to work
• Communicate issues to management
• Lead by example in food quality, customer interaction, and appearance

Additional Duties

• Create food that meets Jersey Mike's standards
• Maintain a clean, fast-paced environment
• Multitask with urgency
• Provide exceptional customer interface
• Understand accountability and integrity
• Serve as Key Holder
• Perform opening and closing tasks
• Bake bread and prep ingredients
• Lead a team of 2-5 members
• Proficient slicing skills
