Responsibilities

Crew Member:

Deliver a high-quality experience by prepping, making, and serving pretzels and other products. Greet customers and take orders in a friendly, efficient, and accurate manner.

Shift Lead:

Oversee restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety. Responsibilities include supervising breaks, overtime, scheduling, and training new employees.
