Join us to apply for the Burger King Shift Leader role at GPS Hospitality.

We are seeking a Shift Leader to join our restaurant team. Shift Leaders are trained to perform all duties of Team Members and are responsible for directing daily restaurant operations in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager. This includes ensuring compliance with company standards across all areas such as product preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team management, and other duties as assigned.

Job Duties

1. Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests.
2. Train and coach the team.
3. Utilize GPS Hospitality Systems to manage restaurant operations effectively each shift.
4. Maintain a high level of proficiency in restaurant operations and set an example for the team.
5. Provide coaching and feedback to team members.
6. Supervise in accordance with GPS values, traits, and behaviors.
7. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
8. Follow and enforce all cash policies; address and document any violations.
9. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Restaurant General Manager.

Job Requirements

1. 0-2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
2. Excellent customer service skills.
3. Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume environment.
4. Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the US.

Physical Requirements

1. Ability to perform motions such as bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, and reaching.
2. Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
3. Stand for 8-10 hours.
4. Lift up to 20 lbs.
