Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Train and develop crew members.
• Maintain positive relationships with management and staff.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings.
• Manage labor and inventory costs.
• Maintain reports and records per standards and regulations.
• Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Handle cash and banking procedures responsibly.
• Maintain professional appearance and behavior.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and HR policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older.
• Physical ability to perform role duties.
• Leadership and training skills.
• At least 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background and drug screens.
• Preferred: Valid driver’s license.
• Enjoy fast-paced, team environments.
• Reliable, cheerful, positive attitude, team player, service-oriented.
