What Will You Do? POSITION SUMMARY

Train to operate the restaurant in the absence of the GM, help achieve sales growth, and maintain high standards in quality, service, and cleanliness.

Essential Functions

• Supervise shifts, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew members.
• Maintain positive relationships with management and staff.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings.
• Manage labor and control inventory.
• Maintain reports, records, and compliance with regulations.
• Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and cleanliness.
• Handle cash responsibilities and follow procedures.
• Maintain professional appearance and enforce policies.
• Demonstrate company values and perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 18+, pass background and drug tests, and have 1 year of shift management experience.
• Preferably hold a valid driver’s license.
• Must love working in a fast-paced, team environment, be reliable, cheerful, and value teamwork.
