OKD Management dba Dunkin' & Baskin Robbins is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise daily shift operations and support the management team with staff coaching to ensure tasks are performed efficiently and customer service remains outstanding.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (read/write/speak).
• 18+ years old & eligible to work in the US.
• Restaurant/retail or supervisory experience preferred.

WINNIN’

• You are able to fluently speak/read english
• You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred
• Passion for results by building teams
• Ability to follow all food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds at a time
• Must be able to stand for long periods, bend, lift, and reach over your head
• You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
