Job summary

Burger King is hiring a Shift Leader for Store #25426 located at 1980 Hwy 77 Southside, AL 35907, USA. In this role, you will guide Team Members, ensure fast and accurate service, and uphold cash control and safety standards while building hands-on leadership experience.

You should have 18+ years old, a HS diploma or GED, and 1–2 years of quick service experience. Evening and weekend shifts are required as needed.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience.
• Strong guest service and team leadership mindset.

Responsibilities
