Job summary

Burger King Birmingham is seeking a Shift Leader to guide a team through busy shifts, ensuring fast, accurate service and guest satisfaction.

You will develop leadership skills, receive hands-on training from store leadership, and have a clear path toward Assistant Manager and General Manager roles as you grow.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience.
• A strong sense of guest service and team leadership.
• Available for evenings, weekends, holidays, and irregular shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Team Members across every workstation during your shift.
• Drive speed of service, accuracy, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cash control, security procedures, and inventory accuracy.
• Coach Team Members in the moment to raise performance.
• Review shift results and spot opportunities to improve.
• Uphold operational and brand standards, stepping in on the floor when needed.
