Dunkin' Nevada is hiring a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members, uphold brand standards, and ensure a top-notch guest experience.

Shifts include Opening (4am-11am), Mid (7am-2pm), and Closing (11am-6pm). We offer flexible scheduling, tuition discounts, career growth, and pay up to $18.00 per hour, plus tips averaging around $5 per hour depending on location and hours.

Job description

The Shift Leader will be responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift, execute operational brand standards, and deliver a great guest experience! They set goals, provide job assignments, motivate others, celebrate successes and providing timely feedback.

Opening Shift: 4am-11am

Mid Shift 7am-2pm

Closing Shift: 11am-6pm
