Dunkin' - Franchisee Of Dunkin Donuts in Henderson, NV is seeking a Shift Leader to coach crew members, ensure brand standards, and deliver a great guest experience. You will set goals, assign tasks, motivate the team, and provide timely feedback across opening, mid, and closing shifts.

This role offers flexible scheduling, tuition discounts, opportunities for growth, and competitive pay up to 20 USD per hour plus tips, with average tips around 4.50 USD per hour.

The Shift Leader will be responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift, execute operational brand standards, and deliver a great guest experience! They set goals, provide job assignments, motivate others, celebrate successes and providing timely feedback.

Opening Shift: 4am-11am

Mid Shift 7am-2pm

Closing Shift: 11am-6pm
