Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members, enforce brand standards, and deliver a great guest experience. You will set goals, assign tasks, motivate teammates, and provide timely feedback during your shift.

This role features flexible scheduling, tuition discounts through partner schools, resume-building, potential growth to shift leader or manager, free drinks and discounts, and pay up to $18 per hour with an average $5 per hour in tips.

Job description

The Shift Leader will be responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift, execute operational brand standards, and deliver a great guest experience! They set goals, provide job assignments, motivate others, celebrate successes and providing timely feedback.

Opening Shift: 4am-11am

Mid Shift 7am-2pm

Closing Shift: 11am-6pm
